Please understand that all pet beds, throws, and pillows, are handmade, and handmade items by nature have imperfections. Although we are thorough, each item may have natural and unique imperfections. Each item will look slightly different from the next. Remember the item you purchase is one of a kind! 🐾♥️

Returns~

All of our products are CUSTOM MADE and we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any “Fonzie’s Cozies” or any knit products. We appreciate your understanding.

Damage in transit~

All of my products are carefully inspected prior to shipping. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged. If there is a problem with the quality of the product please email slmcham@yahoo.com within 7-day’s of the delivered date. Please include contact info, a photo of the issue/product and a brief description of the problem and I will assess an acceptable solution on a case by case basis. I will not review any exchange/request after the 7-day window. The shipping fee is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees, if your request for return is accepted.
